This calculator will allow you to estimate carbon emssions associated with your event. Once you have calculated the total emissions of your event, you can offset them through BVCO's projects (see offsetting options to the right)

Notes on the calculator:
-  calculation includes emissions from transport, lodging, and the event itself
- all carbon calculation assumtions are updated to DEFRA 2008, allowing for the most accurate calculations
-This calculator will estimate emissions from all transport emissions and lodging for an event of any size, as well as the carbon emissions associated with the event itself.  The actual event represents a very small proportion of all emissions, generally only around 1 tonne, so we add a single tonne emissions on to the calculation, rather than requiring complex data entry such as kg trash, electricity usage, etc.
